Users will be granted permissions to contact us via the MTC Help Desk. There is a one-time onboarding fee of $20/user.

50/50 Payment Terms:
- 50% Deposit: Due upfront upon agreement of project scope and details.

Out-of-Scope Requests: To keep your project on time and on budget, any requests made outside the original project agreement will be seamlessly billed at our discounted Retainer Rates and due upon project completion.
